1. Terms and Conditions for User of the Website

By using this Website, you signify your explicit assent to this Terms of Use as well as the Website's privacy policy accessible at Privacy Policy.

1.2 This Terms of Use sets out the legally binding terms of services available on the Website as well as at the terms of use of this Website. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, amend, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time, effective upon notice to you as a visitor, user and member.

1.3 The Website is free to use by any individual for the purpose for which the Website is meant and has been created. Any misuse of the same for accessing data and information, by copying designs for personal and professional use, breaking firewalls, hacking passwords, logging in with other people’s credentials, etc., or any other unethical, illegal or any other distantly unlawful means by ignorantly or by any willful means will result in breach these Terms Of Use.

2. Your Account

2.1 If you use this Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with involvement of a parent or guardian or otherwise, the Website has the right to cancel any order placed. The Website reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

3. Order Placement

3.1 Any person who wishes to place an order for a particular design may do so by pressing the ‘Place Order’ button next to each design and making the requisite advance payment (“Advance”) as may be indicated on the website for each design.

3.3 You acknowledge and agree that the amount specified is merely the rough estimate / quotation for such design based on the description, approximate size, approximate weight of gold (or such other metal), approximate weight of diamonds (or such other gemstones) set out in the Website. You further acknowledge that all the design displayed on the Website will be on a made-to-order basis.

3.4 The order is deemed to be accepted / confirmed only after successful payment of the Advance. To confirm the order, the Website may at random, call / message you and ask a verification question and / or any clarifications or doubts, as may be required. The Website will confirm the order only after such verification, and an order form will be generated and sent to you.

3.5 Any unique item for which an order is to be placed, shall be placed in ‘one quantity’ only.

4. Cancellation, Delivery, and Return

4.1 You can cancel the order for a particular design within 24 hours of placing the order. The Advance paid towards the cancelled order will be returned in the form of points or credits, which can be reused immediately after the points are reflected in your user account. Such credits / points will be valid for a period of [Period to be specified] from the date of issue and can be redeemed only at the Website.

4.2 The average production time for designs will be 15 (Fifteen days) from the date of confirmation of the order by the Website. The production time excludes the timelines for shipping and delivery of the finished design.

4.3 You hereby acknowledge and agree that the timeline set out herein and / or in the order form sent to you are only illustrative / indicative in nature are not guaranteed in any manner.

4.4 Once the production is completed and the order is shipped, you will be able to track your order in real time under the ‘Track my order’ on your dashboard.

4.5 All returns need to fulfil the criteria mentioned below:

1. ‘Order Return’ button will be activated in your dashboard once the order is delivered. The button will remain active for a period of 48 (forty-eight) hours from the time of delivery (“Return Window”).
2. The order can be returned within the Return Window due to misfit, too big or too small, too different from the picture / videos of the design posted in the Website. Once the return request is place within the Return Window, the item will be collected by our logistics partner within 48 hours from placing such request.
3. For an eligible return, the item(s) should be unused with all tags intact, the packaging should have the original invoice, packaging and tags in place, there should not be any scratches or deformities or undulations on the item.
4. Once the website receives the ‘Returned Order’ at its workshop, examination and verification is done to ascertain the ‘Good working and aesthetic condition’ of the item(s). If found to be satisfactory, credits or points would immediately be credited to your user account in our website after deducting the transportation charges, insurance premiums, payment gateway commissions, any other charges charged by the website due to damages on the item(s) due to which website has to incur the cost of dismantling the item(s).The return credit is calculated in the following manner:

4.6. In the event you require the credits / points in your user account to be converted into a monetary refund, you may do so by writing to Email Address. Such monetary refund will be subject to gateway charges (as may be applicable), especially in case of overseas transfers. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 The logos. names, trademarks, pictures and videos of designs published and displayed on the website (“Intellectual Property”) are all unique in nature and creative pieces of our own owners, founders and our employed designer’s mind. Each picture or design you see, has been created putting in huge amount of man hours at various stages of making namely – Inspiration and design, prototyping, casting, diamond and gem setting by Aachari, finishing by Aachari, polishing, laser inscription. The pictures and videos displayed on the website are of the actual model of the product itself in all material, quality and finish. We only display and take orders for what we have created and what we can create.

5.2 Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any Intellectual Property without our prior written permission.

5.3 You hereby agree and acknowledge that the Website reserves the right to use your reviews, stories, testimonials, etc., for business promotion purposes across platforms in perpetuity.

6. Indemnification

6.1 By accepting this Terms of use and using the Website, you agree that you shall defend, indemnify and hold the Website, its directors, shareholders, officers and other representatives harmless from and against any and all claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or in connection with

7.4 In a credit/debit card transaction, you must use a credit /debit card that is issued in your name. The Website will not be liable for any credit / debit card fraud because of the card being used fraudulently. The liability in case of fraudulent usage of a credit / debit card or a net banking transaction will be on you and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on you.

7.5 The Website shall not be legally liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased items due to flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond our control.

8. Conflict and Waiver
